This covers Termindo’s own announcements only. No marketing is sent on behalf of the businesses you book with, and your contact details are not passed to third parties for this purpose.
Service messages are not commercial messages: confirmations, reminders and cancellations continue regardless of this consent.
How to withdraw
You may withdraw at any time, without giving a reason:
by writing to kvkk@termindo.com,
by using the opt-out included in every message we send (you can opt out through the channel the message came on),
through the Turkish Message Management System (İYS).
Withdrawal is free and applied within three business days at the latest.
Legal basis and records
Law no. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its implementing regulation on commercial communication, together with art. 5/1 of KVKK no. 6698.
Your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) before any message is sent; nothing is ever sent on a consent that is not registered there.
The record of your consent is kept for 3 years after the consent ends.
