Online booking for barbers, clinics, vets and gyms
Your customers see open times, pick the one they want, and the appointment is confirmed on the spot.
Nothing to install, it runs in a browser. Opening an account takes a few minutes. No charge during the pilot.
How it works
Share your link
Share the link to your booking page — put it in your Instagram bio, send it to a customer.
For you: One link instead of reading your free times down the phone one by one.
Your customer picks a time
Your customer sees what is free, picks a time, and leaves their details.
For your customer: They pick their time without calling you, and while you are closed.
Confirmed on the spot
The appointment is confirmed on the spot — nobody waits for an answer. The customer gets a text, you get an e-mail, and you cancel from the panel if you cannot make it.
For both of you: Confirmation does not wait for you, and the time stays in writing on their phone and in your inbox.
Your customer sees the whole day
Your page shows your business card, your services and your free time as a single line. Your customer sees how the day is going before reading a single time.
An example Tuesday. Not a real business's page.

Questions
The questions businesses ask most before they decide, answered plainly as things stand today.
What happens to the appointment book I already keep?
Your existing appointments stay where they are. Termindo does not import them, and adding an appointment to the panel by hand is not available yet. So for the first few weeks we suggest using both: new bookings arrive in the panel, earlier ones stay in your book. If you want to close a whole weekday, you can do that from your working hours. Closing a single date on its own is not part of this version.
What if a customer does not show up?
For now there is nothing in place to prevent it: no deposit or upfront payment is taken, and the panel has no "did not show" mark. You can cancel a confirmed appointment from the panel, and the staff member it is booked with can cancel their own. Until the text-message line opens, though, customers are not notified automatically, so please let your customer know yourself when you cancel. You will find the details under "Does the customer get a text message?".
How much will I pay?
Termindo is free throughout the pilot, and there is no payment step anywhere in it. If we introduce pricing later, we will announce it clearly and in advance. There is no figure we can share today.
Do I need to install a program or an app?
No. Termindo runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download. The same goes for your customers: tapping the link you share is all it takes.
Does the customer get a text message?
Here is how it is meant to work: the moment a customer books, they receive a confirmation with the date and time. Appointments confirm themselves within seconds, so nobody waits for a reply. If the appointment is more than 24 hours away, the same message also mentions that a reminder will follow 24 hours beforehand. If the appointment is cancelled or changed, the customer hears about it again. However, these messages are not reaching customers yet. Our text-message service is set up and tested; our sender name is awaiting carrier approval. Until then, the system records messages as sent, but they do not go out. Booking is not affected: your customer receives their sign-in code by e-mail and can complete a booking on their own; only the confirmation and reminder text messages are not going out yet. We will update this section and let you know the day approval comes through. New booking notifications to you, the business, already arrive by e-mail without any trouble.
How are my customers' details used?
We only collect what the appointment needs: name, e-mail address, phone number and the questions on your trade's booking form. The e-mail address is the customer's account; their sign-in code and appointment updates go there. If the form asks for sensitive information such as health details, the customer gives separate explicit consent, and the version of the text and the time they agreed are recorded. Your customers can ask for their details to be deleted or for a copy to be sent to them. For more, see the privacy notice.
How can I reach you?
You can message us on WhatsApp, fill in the contact form or use the "get a quote" option in the panel. During the pilot our team handles every registration personally, and we reply to everyone who writes. Do get in touch even if your question is not technical: you know best which questions belong on the booking form for your trade.
